Instead of sipping hot cider and bundling up for chilly evenings, Floridians spend the end of August and start of September soaking up the sun and relaxing at the beach – and what could be better than that?
Here at American Social, we’re celebrating the season with fun, early harvest-inspired drinks crafted by the talented teams at our sports bars in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale.

Here are our five favorite late summer drinks at American Social:
1. Feisty Island Mule
From the very first sip, the Feisty Island Mule is the epitome of coastal Florida. Made with a mix of Plantation Three Stars artisanal rum, mango, jalapeño, coconut, lemon, and Q Ginger Beer, this cocktail is a tropical take on the classic Moscow Mule.

2. 5th & Lavender
Our 5th and Lavender cocktail is a year-round favorite, but we’ve always considered it a fantastically sunset beverage. It’s made with a delicious blend of Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Q Soda, boasting the fresh flavors of lemon, lavender, and lychee. The balanced citrus, floral, and fruity notes make for a refreshing drink just right on a Florida late summer night.
3. Garden to Glass
Craving something reminiscent of a Florida farmers’ market in the fall? Try the Garden to Glass cocktail, which blends rosemary, lime, and cucumber with agave, Q Grapefruit, and Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila. With a subtle sweetness highlighted by the crisp elements of lime and rosemary, the Garden to Glass will become a staple of your happy hour.
4. PB&J Old Fashioned
There’s no doubt that late summer is one of the most nostalgic seasons of the year, so why not enjoy a cocktail that reminds you of an old childhood favorite? Our famous PB&J Old Fashioned captures the flavors of an old-school peanut butter and jelly sandwich, turning the kid-friendly classic into an adult beverage.
